Your Dream Brothel

If you were to have a Brothel built from the ground up what would it look like? What would the amenities be?


For me it would have a French Quarter New Orleans look from the outside. Two story with a Large covered front porch and second floor balcony.


Inside the parlor would be classic wood with a bar directly in front of you. To the right would be an old style sweeping staircase that the Ladies would approach the parlor from. On the left would be the stage with required pole. The building would be 'U' shaped with the bar being two sided with a pool area behind. You'd access the pool on either side of the bar. This would allow indoor outdoor entertaining. Down the wings of the U on the left would be the kitchen and other Private Lady areas, Gym etc. On the right would be the themed Suites for specialty parties. The Ladies rooms would all be upstairs sitting above the U wings.
I would have chairs and many loveseats for the clients to mingle with the Ladies in the bar and pool areas. No smoking in the bar and smoking only in designated area by the pool

My dream brothel would look like a castle with long ramps on both sides for wheelchairs to roll up and down on. I would have wheelchairs at the bottom for those that need it and a lovely lady to assist up the ramps. I would have massage tables waiting with lockers and robes waiting. A waitress to ask you what you wanted and bring you a drink. All rooms would be fantasy rooms like haram, Asian, disco, colonial, and dungeon room. I would have auction nights for subussive and diminent girls. The ones with the most drink tickit would select. Also cages with girls dancing in them. boy do I have a wild imagination.

My dream brothel would be very laid back, like a swingers club. A fully stocked bar, a 24 hour appetizer buffet. No clothing would be required on the ladies... jewelry and heels would be appropriate attire. Low music in front, perfect for socializing, and a dance floor far off with a DJ. Pool area out back with a hot tub.
Each lady would have a decor budget for her room to make it her own. We would have 3-4 VIP bungalows surrounding the main house to choose from that come with champagne, appetizers and dessert. Each would have a theme such as Greek Bathouse, Middle Eastern, Asian, Safari etc. There would also be a BDSM dungeon.


The house's portion of the party would be tiered down based on the higher the party amount... if you book an especially large party, you get to keep more of it. Room and board would be included as you need the space to make the house money and a variety of healthy foods would be provided to help you be healthy and productive.

A themed all-in-one resort, casino, and brothel with restaurants, bars, pool, themed party rooms, hotel rooms for guests, and other amenities.  Sorta like a mega-Las Vegas resort hotel/casino with a brothel ...LOL.  No need to leave the property to go on an outdate, since everything you need will be in one location.

My dream brothel would go like this- 3 stories


The lower basement area would have 2 different BDSM dungeons & a large shower room that would be a giant shower with a sauna, hot tub & water proof furniture.


Mid floor would have the parlor which would be similar to wild horse, large bar, tables & chairs, stages with stripper poles clothes is optional & food is available. Then you would have a large stair case & a handicap elevator that goes to the loft which would be similar to Sagebrush parlor large roomy some couches & a pool table. In the parlor would be the security door you would go though if you want a lineup or tour.


On the other side of that door is a large room for line ups & booking & the entrance to all the specialty suites which would include a rustic log cabin room, 60's summer of love room, Arabian nights, futuristic, large bachelor/orgy party room with multiple giant beds, stripper poles, sex swing & a sybian, a personal movie theatre room with about 10 seats & a projector, & my favorite Dracula's den room. Outside in the back would be a few overnight bungalows a hot tube and a pool area where you can have bbqs.
