My how world events can change things.
Recently the mother lode of lithium was discovered in northern Nevada, This would exceed China's stockpile, hence no stranglehold on resources by China. Lithium batteries for all the EVs has been a big worry.
Winnemucca is tagged to experience a lot of growth due to the mining. This may justify the Mustang building their announced brothel there.
