For me I have to feel a vibe and that there is mutual physical and intellectual attraction (or at least perceive that to be the case lol). I don't think there is any singular action that would compel me to go to a ladies room and while I'm certainly not infallible, I usually have good instincts about other people.

If I'm attracted to a particular lady, a fun/bubbly personality will almost always get me to tour with her.  

Touch can also be important, since it's an unspoken and intimate way for the lady to communicate with her customer.  I also don't mind being greeted with a friendly hug, even if it's the first time that I've met the lady.  Some ladies also tend to be more affectionate than other when it comes to touching, but they shouldn't go overboard if they don't know the person.  It wouldn't bother me, but to some it may be a turnoff for whatever reason.
