Suggestions for your favorite house (s)

If you could make one suggestion to the owner of your favorite house and they would implement it what would it be? ( no pricing suggestions please)
First for all houses that aren’t already go smoke free


For the Mustang I’d like to see real Love seats put along the wall 4-5 would be great. Those built in ones didnt work because they were uncomfortable but if they had ones like in the negotiation rooms that would be great!
