Try this:
* Start a reply or quote
* Enter your text, then look under the text box and you'll see "Attachments and other options"
* Click on that and then click on the "Choose File" button
* Click on "Documents" or "Pictures" stored in your computer or phone.
* Click on desired pic and it will attach
* Click "Post"
You can't see the pic in "Preview" but it will appear when you hit post.

Just up load the picture to a 3rd party picture hosting I suggest about adult content friendly one given your target audience.  Once you have uploaded the picture to the pic hosting site, all you need to do is drop the link that will be generated for you in your  post on here.  Presto
