Down the Rabbit Hole I Go

#1

Post by rachelvarga »

I just had an idea. I am going to take the red pill and journey down the Internet rabbit hole and go from wiki page to wiki page and see where I go. I'm thinking where to start. I promise not politics or religion. Lol. Something musical probably.

Haven't started this yet. So tired today. I think being inside is making me feel down. I'm sorting and deleting pictures. It's so much. Taking me hours and hours. I have been in the adult business for ten years. Camming first. It's so much and duplicates. Tomorrow I will open the windows early. I can't go tanning. This fucker was in my backyard so I'm kind of leary. Most people are bit trying to kill them and if I fire a gun the police will come out. I need a small gun. A. 22 a. 380 may be overkill but if I see it again I just my shoot the fucker. We have bobcats anyways and coyotes. Im moving anyways. Out west. Cali, washington, or Oregon. But way away from the city.

Hang in there Rachel, good things are coming. A nice sunbathe would be relaxing but not with that huge snake. We like the snakes  ??? but not that type..

Excited to hear you are moving to the West! Cali girl myself, love it.

Can snakes be trapped?

Those are nasty bastards.. Being from Florida, I grew up around them.  They're super aggressive too.  I'll never forget fishing in a pond at a friend's house when I was young.  I caught a bass and was reeling it in.  Big black cotton mouth came out and bit the fish.  They were both hanging there while I was on the dock.  My friends dad, French guy with a strong accent  ;D, came out cursing and unloaded a clip of ammo and decimated the snake and fish.  I'm pretty sure he was really drunk so, I guess it's good I wasn't decimated too  ;D

those snakes will come after you.  Be careful!

I read tests on snake bite kits and they are all garbage and all things like sucking out the venom don't work. You just need to go straight to the hospital. A boy was bit here and they went straight there and he is fine.

Alexa, you can trap them but I rather just kill it. Sounds mean but it's coming up in people's yards and it's not going extinct anytime soon.

But to kill a snake, you needn't use even a .22.  A CO2 pistol will do the job, and you won't have the police coming after you, either.  But if you do want to use a .22, see if you can't get rounds with shot in them -- you won't have to be as accurate, and it will make a bigger hole. (We had .22 rounds with shot in them at scout camp many years ago, so I assume they are still made)

Jeez, lol. Guess he wanted to make sure it was dead.

Yep. Don't suck it out, use ice, or tie off the wound. Got bit in the left leg just above the foot when I was 25 by a diamondback. Bled it out as much as I could and went straight to the hospital. Was give antivenom and painkillers. All was fine. Didn't even get a scar. Gotta get treated quick though to prevent the venom from causing damage.

You can still get .22 shot shells...

Never been bitten but came close a couple of times. When you're out in the woods as often as I was when I was younger, you're bound to meet a few snakes along the way. Cutting open the wound & sucking out the poison only invites added infections & does nothing to remove the venom. It's already too late for that.

The rifle range I go to has thriving populations of both prairie rattlers & diamondbacks. The concrete slabs under the shooting benches are great places to find snakes on hot days. Situational awareness is key on this range.

Being from the east coast the guy in the yard peeping Tom would bother me more. I would shoot him if tried to come through my window or get him arrested if he was on my property. We don’t have snakes here but I’m not afraid of them. I would be carful if they came close to me. If they bit me I would go straight to the hospital.

Those snakes are merciless. May you be the same to it.

Hmmm... time to take a different turn on the way down the rabbit hole. Love those rabbits and their well known 'reproductive practice' (practice - practice - practice  ;D )
