It was really just a joke. I have had people that could not meet my price and some were very small offers but I was never offended. I mean you have to try right? I always say I am not out of anyone's league and that is true because I do try to work with people and sometimes they have never been and have no idea. To me, you have to be business during the negotiation and can't let emotions get to you. For me, it's because negotiations can spoil things so I like to get it done quickly.

I have heard of ladies being insulted but that is not professional.

Yes, prematurely hitting the post button can cause the problem.  There have been uncanny SMF happenings on LPIN Awards recently too.  Weird things have occurred recently concerning special characters such as long hyphens, quotation marks, or apostrophes on occasion.  The system will either cut off the verbiage after the special character upon posting or insert an unusual character such as –.  It may be due to SMF updates to the system because a few of our old topics were automatically altered recently for no explainable reason.

To be truthful SMF is not the best. I want to change but I never do. I did a test run and it worked. Maybe I will. Who knows?
