The average person doesn't even understand what it is so no they don't and won't for a long time. It would be more of a hassle and it is very unstable despite. It is extremely overvalued anyways.

Bitcoin is, currently, at best a store of value or "digital gold".  Bitcoins value is too volatile to be considered a currency.  Why spend $600 on a party in bitcoin when that partial coin may be worth $1,000 by weeks end.  So, people hold it and are unsure if they're over or underpaying.  That $600 party, the brothel holds the coin for too long an the value drops to $400.. still have to pay the the lady $300.

Etherium May, one day be a currency.  As governments regulate and or outlaw their use... Our guess is it will be a long time before cypto become a factor.

I do know many large companies are now investing in Bitcoin. I'm not sure what their reasons are for doing so unless to drive the prices up and then take the money leaving others holding worthless bitcoin just like they do in the stock market.  Also with the legalization of Marijuana, It is the bank of choice or should I say only bank available to them. I do know hof mentioned looking into it before he died.  [/size]

The answers you are getting are valid. No one knows how much its worth for it to be a valid form of payment.

How many places do you shop that will accept bitcoin Sidewinder?

Can you use it on your gambling junkets?

It's not regulated and very volatile. No company wants to take crypto when it can lose half it's worth in a day. They have to hold and hope it goes back up. The dollar doesn't fluctuate like that.

I however will take it. Need more money for a better mining rig. Lol. J/k
