Hard to tell but I personally doubt they will because there were too many already and with the pandemic who knows.

Mound House is not near an airport or Vegas so maybe they will fold them and concentrate on the others.

Mound House from Reno Tahoe international Airport is 34 miles. The Mustang Ranch is 25 miles.
So no big difference.

But I think Suzette will only keep 2 open. It just makes financial sense.

Even back when Dennis was alive, It did not make much sense to keep all four open. To buy the Kit Kat and Sage was a business decision to keep competition out of Mound House.

Plus, who knows how committed Suzette is to keeping the brothels open. And you are definitely right Dennis never missed a chance to get the Bunny Ranch name in the media.

I think where you would see that would be with the southern ranches. As far as moundhouse goes, it maybe more economical to hold onto all 4 licenses and open and close them as necessary to hold onto them, keeping the supply of ladies at a level where they keep busy rather than doing it based upon rent from the ladies whether they are booking or not.

Its a monopolist view. And if the county allows her to do it, I'd certainly take that path. And as long as they are getting their license fees, I'm not sure the county cares enough to create a competitive environment with multiple owners.

I would bet she is only paying a license fee on the Bunny and Sagebrush.

She owns the property so she controls the cul-de-sac.

And sence that part of Lyon County is the only place that the county has zoned for brothels.
And they have not shown any interest in allowing any new brothels or new location keeping the others closed until demand would make them profitable is the smart thing to do.

I just completed my 3rd tour on October 13th.I had no less than 3-5 parties each Friday/Sat/Sun. During the week 2-3 was average, but I had 2 6 party weekdays. I am doing well, but that doesn't mean that another girl has the same experience. As always, your mileage may vary.

It has been a while since a lady admitted to being a "high volume" provider. In fact, I can't remember the last time. Not so long ago, the thing was to market yourself as a "low volume" provider, as many of the ladies in your sister houses would do. They would often state they ONLY do one to two parties a day, usually followed by the word "exclusive". It seemed to work for them, work less, make more. Some guys like to think their lady has been with no one the day they see her...weird, but whatever.

Personally, I say bravo to you! Shows you aren't afraid to work and perhaps a bit old school. Some like myself remember the days of standing room only at the Mustang 2, you waited near the hallway for your favorite to come down escorting her client out, you grabbed her before someone else in the parlor got the chance. It was commercial sex back then, some would not like it. There was no time for all the pre-party talking, little to no GFE was the norm. Anyways, sounds like you have found yourself a solid business plan for success.
