Full Circle

Things have come full circle. I had a homecoming as it were.

Back in 04, I lost my virginity at Bella’s Hacienda in Wells. I’d been there a few times before my marriage. When my divorce was final, I re-entered the realm of brothels. Because dating is hell.

My last trip was quite interesting. I was going to meet Jamie Jupiter at the Dovetail. The day after I made my hotel reservation, Jamie DMs me on Twitter to tell me she’s no longer at Dovetail. Well…shit.

She scrambled to find a new house, and ended up going to Bella’s. Cool! I hadn’t been there in years! I went there, and wow, did the place look different! The bartender was asking me, “Have you been here before?” I responded, “It’s been years.” I told her who I was here to see, that she was expecting me. Jamie came out, and gave me the longest hug.

We’d been chatting and flirting on Twitter for a while, so this meeting was indeed special. Plus, I let her know that my birthday was the following Monday, but I was celebrating early…the right way. As such, the bartender, Jamie, and one of the other girls that came out wished me a happy birthday.

My birthday was on June 6, by the way.

All in all, a good trip. I hope to be out there again soon.
