Legend has it that the name "hooker" originated from him.  He had a fancy for ladies of the night.  His courtesans were referred to as Hooker girls!
It's more about the journey than the destination!

Yet more proof we need to give intelligence tests to people before they run for elected office : :) . Then again the sign may just be an accurate description of the people that work at the state house ;D .

This kind of reminds me of a wealthy alum of the University of Alabama. His last name is Loser. Not a name you want on any of your educational or athletic buildings. So he donated money to have the visiting locker room named after him. In this context it may fit the legislature
