All of the above.
It all depends how successful she hopes to be. The old saying "You've got to spend money to make money" applies with a Ladies time the currency she must spend up front to make the money.
I'd say how much time she spends on each will greatly depend on the house she is at. If she's at a house with less walk in traffic then she probably needs to spend more time with social media/web page. If in a house with a lot of walk ins then parlor time will be the primary.

I think all are important, but its a learning curve of what works best for you. For me its about quality vs. quantity. Ruby just posted an interesting thread on another forum about ladies in the parlor. For me I don't care to spend a lot of time in the parlor. I am not big on the bar hustle because I stick strictly to the 15 minute rule by my own accord. It works for some ladies because they like to sit at the bar for hours drinking with a client in an effort to get him to party. I don't drink much while at work, one maybe two drinks on a weekend tops, so that style just doesn't work for me. Lineups work well for me, but I like to manage my time in a way that I spend the majority of time online cultivating leads. I work on my personal website, post on every forum I can to showcase my personality, do blogs and videos, social media, reply to messages etc.
That is where I find I get better quality clients in the long run. Hours in the parlor for me MIGHT lead to a few smaller parties.
I know we are supposed to do all of the above but there just isn't always enough time and every girl has a different style that works for her.

Ultimately you have to do not only what works best for you but what you're most comfortable with.

Yes. Money makes money. Be classy outgoing sociable and true to yourself. Guys can fell your truthfulness and your desire to have orgasams. Most important social media, get on that computer and put yourself where ever you can. Just be you.

Every girl is different but there is a pretty standard way to market. It depends on other things though. The Brothel you work at makes a difference because they all have different rules and do's and don'ts but I think we can quantify it.
