Mustang submits its plan to the state to reopen. It includes everyone wearing masks and no physical contact between parties. This truly "saddens" me, not the use of acronyms.

True if the client has money to burn, and lives close enough to the brothel.then why not.  But if you live out of state, and even in the best of times every penny counts you are better off staying home until the restrictions are lifted.  Why travel several hundred miles which will cost money plus you still need lodging.

Under those restrictions you might as well just stay home because everything proposed in that article you can do anywhere in this country at least when things are open

No doubt! Yes, the gents who came to mind are either local to the Reno/Carson area or they pass through fairly often, and the ladies they would see are also local and go home when not on shift. If neither was the case, then yes it would be more of a pain then it’s worth. If you live close to Disney Land and have a season pass, you might not mind if half the rides are closed you’ll still go and enjoy it. But if you’re planning your semi annual vacation to Disney Land that involves requesting time off work, booking hotels, and buying souvenirs for all the small children in your life, then yeah you’ll wait until Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, and the Blue Bayou restaurant are all available.

I remember space mountain? I don't think the other stuff you mentioned was available last time I went to Disney Land around June of 1990 high school Senior grad night there was a small incident my friend had regarding the space mountain ride between park security, and my friend.  The same friend I would later take my first trip to Vegas with in 2008 Where we eventually wound at Chicken Ranch.

Unfortunately less then a year later in early 2009 my friend passed away suddenly still in his early 30's?  I won't bother telling the whole story about what happened in 1990 at Disney land  other then to say we were going on the space mountain ride.  I had to save him from an interrogation from park security.  He was as white as a bed sheet and sweating when I walked up, and said where did you go? He made sure to hang out with me the rest of the night till it was time to go back to the bus and the almost 8 hour ride home.  At that point my feet were killing me those damn shoes I was wearing sucked! They looked like they would have been comfortable they weren't.  I have really only wore a tie a hand handful of times in my life the first was that grad night party at Disney Land we were required to dress up hence why I had shoes on that hurt my feet. 

As for the tie well I still have it but the last time I wore it was in early 2009 at my buddies funeral.? I'm sure my buddy was watching from above in the after life not only laughing that I was wearing a tie
at his funeral because he knew I hate those things. I don't even know how to tie a tie, but that it was the same tie from highschool grad night.  It is the only tie I own, wore it maybe 6 times in my life. I don't even know where that tie is right now I think its in a closet somewhere.?? But don't quote me on that.

You're right, if I lived in Reno, Elko or whatnot, I would probably do that. Just definitely not when it's a 9 hour drive for me.

If the Brothels open as planned, the awards committee will be there for presentations at Interested bystander and Sheri's Picnic.  I would partake in a no sex party if the conversation and Courtesan were exceptionally risqué!

If sitting on cam eating and talking is the same as skype (which is the same) and the brothel is closed you could at least enjoy her company and it would be a lot less anyways.

Yes if for no other reason in that you don't need to lay out travel expenses, and the girl would not need to give half of whatever you agree to with the brothel.

It's hard to believe they can consider opening up the MPs but not the
brothels since the same amount of physical contact would be involved.
