The links below are to articles that claim that Nye County lawmakers have permanently revoked Assembly candidate Dennis Hof’s license at the Love Ranch South after he failed to apply for renewal and pay fees on time.  Just to clarify, the Love Ranch South is the one closest to Vegas, not to be confused with the Love Ranch North in Moundhouse just outside of Carson City.

Elsewhere Madam Sonja asserts that they did indeed reapply for their license and paid their fees on time and the check they submitted was cashed before the deadline.

I smell shenanigans on the part of the part of the county. 

Like him or hate him, it seems that Dennis has stepped into an arena where they play hardball at a whole different level.

I will be going to Monday's hearing with Dennis. It's looking good for us.  The judge that will be ruling on this is the same judge that made them return a sign truck they took off private property or face contempt charges.  This is not the first time he has dealt with these people.

Congratulations Ladies you’re back in business

Reported that part of the judges order is that two particular county commissioners abstain from any futures votes that involve Hof.

Main points.... The Judge ruled that the commission violated D's rights under the 1st & 14th Amendments.  He restored our license and barred Dan Schinhofen & Butch Borasky from voting on anything to do with Dennis Hof until their lawsuits were settled.  We are reopening at 8am.  As I type we have girls making their way back to the house.  We should have a full line-up by Wed.
