Silly rants and WTF moments

So I’m in Walmart and need pickles. I like the large whole kosher dills by Valasic. I find them and they are next to the baby dills. Now here’s my rant/WTF?!?
The baby dills are in a jar twice the size as the large dills so the large ones are all squished together and packed tight!
Shouldn’t the big pickles be in the big jar and the little ones in the smaller one?!?

It may be something to do with the info given in the following link (maybe not) :

https://www.extension.umn.edu/food/food ... -problems/

Here are some paragraphs from this article that might provide some light to this paradigm:
------------------------
Another cause is using poorly developed cucumbers. Check cucumbers during washing. Hollow cucumbers usually float on top. Use hollow cucumbers for relish or chunk-type pickles.

In fermented or crock pickles, the most common reason for hollow pickles is improper curing. Use proper brine strength and keep the product well-covered.

If the cucumber is too large, over 2 inches across, the pickling solution is not able to penetrate the core properly. Use smaller cucumbers for pickling.
----------------------------------------
Those 3 paragraphs are from the section about hollow pickles.

I am not specualting that "large whole kosher dills by Valasic" are hollow.

What could be happening though - to prevent big hollow pickles just in case, and if there are any from floating in the big jar, and for "the pickling solution ... to penetrate the core properly" - Wallmart authorities place them in the small jar.

I like those little jerklings. They are so good. There not squished so they can be noticed. Lol
