Many times there were PM's from the other board posted so all the members could read them then make cracks about the members.  Nothing was sacred on that board.

Ok, now that I got kicked off sin I think I will start telling about all the crap that went on in the Duck Board.

Some are going to be unhappy campers.

Yeah, in the past there was a private Duck board  where some members bashed ladies and houses and members.  If you didn't tell EVERYTHING about your parties they would attack you .  The board was by invite only and it died after about 1 year. 

I was on the Duck board for awhile. Or should say, I tried to be on the Duck board. I signed up & everything seemed OK initially but after I hadn't logged on for awhile my handle or password wouldn't work. I sent Cookie an email & he replied it might be 'cause I wasn't using the right browser ( ??? )(I was using IE) but go ahead & try signing up all over again, which I did. Again, all seemed OK until I tried logging in again. And again, my handle or password wouldn't work. I says, "Fuck it, I'm not doing this again!"

The short time I was on the board, I didn't see anything that absolutely made me want to be part of it. Not that I saw any blatant negativity or general nastiness (I wasn't on there long enough to see it). My initial impression though, it seemed cliquish.

I just can't resist this one:

Just after Christmas , only a short time before the duck board went down I got kicked off the duck board because 2 members lied and said I left my browser logged in  to that board and was showing it to several people at a house.  Not true.

The truth is me AND 1 OF THOSE GUYS  was showing the entire duck board to a host of people at a house.  LOL, reckon he forgot to mention HE was there also.....I love it !!

I have a lot more on this subject later, some of it  will " curl your hair " so to speak .

Yeah I read some of the stuff on there. The wrong person got kicked off for letting me see it. It just showed me who will never get to party with me.

At this point, it's all a big joke. The whole forum thing. Whether you believe it or not,  the forums don't really bring much traffic. House forums are better.

The technology is ancient and the newer people just don't use it. We can delude ourselves into thinking they do but they don't.

I agree that the independent boards don’t generate much added traffic but I do believe they help some and with the limited resources the Ladies have to advertise I would think they would still be of some value to have a presence on

Pretty much this. Forums are stale and not fluid enough to provide the feedback and responsiveness that younger people want and expect. Platforms like Twitter, snapchat, Instagram, Reddit, Kik, and so many others provide that and much more allowing connections with those you are interested in and just as important allowing you to stay separate from those who you don't wish to connect with.

A little I wanted to add for now.

There was 30+ members ( at 1 time ) on the duck board and only a few were involved in the hateful and rude stuff. Several didn't join in. 

For you regulars it probably isn't hard to know which ones were the "bad guys".

I'll add more info later on....it's hunting season right now.

Going to put this one up and probably give it a rest.....

One of the members of the duck board that visits a certain house pretty regularly and almost never parties but gets drunk on his ass and gets a free room and has been known to have to be escorted to his room posted a lot of hate crap about the house he visits and some staff members.  He posted several $hitty things about this person and called this person xxxzilla.

I made sure this person saw ALL the nasty post he put up.

Don't ya just hate 2 faced people ????
