Just the name "Pink Slime" seems gross but I guess the stuff was actually kinda good for you.  : :)

This happened to me this summer. Didn't know cellulitis is a Connective Tissue Disease, but after reading the article, it makes sense. I have photos of my leg if y'all wanna see 'em. Only mildly gross... LOL  :o

I always make stock from our Thanksgiving turkey carcass. I make green chile, turkey noodle soup with it. It makes good turkey dumpling soup as well.  :P
