ISS Dials 911

An astronaut on the space station accidentally dialed 911, and got an emergency operator. I am sure both parties were surprised.
In the ISS you can make phone calls. He dialed "9" for an "outside line" like many businesses. Then meant to dial "10...", I think for a country code. However, he dialed "11", and off to the emergency services the call went.
