Have not had actual intercourse in a public place but did get a hand job on a Ferris wheel at the Texas State Fair in 1967. Also got a bj in a car on the shoulder of I-25 in Colorado.

Does a DC-3 at 12000' count? (Of course it was almost 40 years ago, BUT.....
Only other entry would be in the ocean off a beach where your wife's grandparents are sitting. (And no neither they or anyone else on the beach caught on (I think...) :

At a community college. We got busted twice by the security guard. He was cool about it. He said hurry up and finish.
