I'm not sure if that answered a question I had. Suppose you've never voted before. How do you register to vote in the first place?

LPIN 2018 Awards Voter Registration closed 12/31/18, since the committee doesn't register voters immediately preceding or during the contest.
LPIN 2019 Awards Voter Registration opens during the Annual Reno Meeting starting on Wednesday July 17, 2019.
At that time Courtesan clients and brothel customers may submit a voter registration form.
LPIN 2019 Awards Voter Registration
Also, prospective LPIN Awards Voters must register on the
LPIN Awards board.
