Coy Finalist Celebration for Lily!

Hey everyone, I am trying to plan our July BBQ. We are celebrating Lily's Nomination this year, we want to be able to share this
with as many of you as possible
Can I get Elko dates for anyone planning to stop in Elko. Thank you so much!!!

July 16-21. Isn't Carlin Dovetail having their bbq on the 16th? Maybe the 17th would be a good date. And then everyone goes to Reno on the 19th for the banquet.

May I suggest earlier than the 16. Maybe the 15th.
If you remember last year, between Wells, Elko, and Carlin, each house barbecue was scheduled so that one worked themselves toward Reno. No backtracking. Also, In Reno, there is the series of breakfasts from Wed. 17th to Friday, the 19th.
Plus, the Mustang usually has a picnic on Thursday.

That sounds logical but for us traveling from several states away, it adds another night or two of lodging expenses.
Do whatever you want, if it is stretched out for too many days, I'll just make sure I'm there for the banquet on the 19th.
