The "User"

It's not uncommon to hear "He/She is just using Her/Him". Even in the classic Bob Segar song "Night Moves" - "I used Her, She used me, but neither one cared......We were gittin' Our share" , it's just common. In the Courtesan/Client relationship, do You feel that One is the bigger "User" than the other? Men have unfulfilled needs - they seek out and "use" Women. Women know that Men are very uncomfortable in their unfulfilled needs and capitalize on/"use" them as an income source.

I don't deny that my initial brothel utilization was for self-satisfaction (unfulfilled needs). What I have discovered however, is beautiful Ladies that are so much more than just "Users" (in some cases). I involve myself with only a couple (or few at most) courtesans with whom I feel quite devoted to (not to say I wasn't quite a male slut last summer at the awards - I was. Not to say, either, that I wouldn't lick nearly every clit in the Mustang, Mona's, or LRN/Sage, cause I probably would if finances allowed it). When I'm with my courtesan friends that know me well, We are laid back, and I don't feel that I am used or being the user (in fact, I know it's not the case).

Do You come down on one side or the other? (that's not necessarily bad, it just is what it is). Do You prefer a 'split the difference' diplomatic answer? Just curious. Thanks in advance for You response(s).  :)

I’m sure for some and maybe many the “User” moniker applies but I’ve never felt like I used or was being used by someone.

If you want to say I used her for sexual pleasure and she used me for the same or even for the money I guess you could but I’ve never thought of it as that

I think it’s a consensual exchange of currency for services. Using implies manipulating or exploiting someone unaware...so, if a guy offers a new lady a very low amount knowing she’s inexperienced at negotiating and pricing, or if a lady knows a guy is new and charges him an exorbitant rate, or if the lady purposely makes him think he has a chance at actually dating her..those would make the perpetrators users, IMO.

Every first party I've had with a lady was me simply getting what I want in exchange for monetary compensation.  I guess it fits that description.  That's pretty much what this whole LPIN thing is about, so I don't see any problem with it.  I've even said in the past that if a girl straight up told me she only cared about my money, I'd be impressed by her honesty and would still party so long as she provided a good service.

What's really wrong, as mentioned in this topic, is when a girl in this business pretends she has feelings for a client.  Fake crying because she claims she's getting too close to a client.  Telling a client that she'll be with him when she leaves the business.  That sort of thing is really fucked up.

Still, there are some good people in this business, and you eventually learn to identify which courtesans are worthwhile and which ones should be avoided.

When the Courtesan and I first meet, talk, come to an agreement, have a nice party, then it's a mutually beneficial exchange. Whether it's the $ for her, and the fulfillment of an instinct for me, one of my main hopes is the lady actually feels good enough about me for a possible return party.

You're right, this would be the negative side of using someone. I think the guys and ladies we now have on this forum would never do this type of using one another. We all connect really well here so it makes for more of a mutually beneficial relationship.

I definitely felt friendly and laid back with you at the picnic,Lee,and although you have not yet licked my clit, I had lots of fun with you with no expectation of anything in return.

We're all users ...LOL ...since LPIN is a service oriented business.  As customers, we are using the services that the ladies provide.  In turn, the ladies are using us customer to earn a living. 8)

In terms of negativity, a "User" is someone who takes advantage of another person or situation for their own personal gain.  The situations that The Might Peanut described in her post are good examples.  It's sad when that occurs, since it reflect badly on LPIN as a whole.
