You want to know why Sweden is a successful country. It's easy. They are all Swedish in culture and traditions. They for the most part think very similar.
There is always some issue about immigration here and there is one thing that is used in the wrong way. The phrase America is a melting pot. It is used constantly by people to say that anyone should be able to come here. But what happens when you put things in a melting pot? It becomes one thing. That phrase more likely means anyone can come here but there is an overall culture here and you have to be part of that. You can't come here and then bitch that you don't like it. I know Romanians that came here and bitched and moaned and then went home. Once they got home they were asking themselves why did they leave.
They left because they couldn't accept that they would be Romanian American. They left because things were not exactly the same and no one here was going to become Romanian for them. I was at party once and I heard some of the wive's husbands talking and one of them said. "Let's leave now before the American gets here so we don't have to speak English the whole time." I never met with the couple that had the party ever again because the husband was one of them.
Those are the kind of people that need to go home.
