I think this post is cruel and misleading.  I think I should report this to a moderator. ?

I'm sure the admin would take care of it.

It’s looking like the thought (hope) is the houses will be able to open during the 2nd phase of things. What that exactly entails I don’t know?

I'm very sorry to say that things aren't looking good for this summer in LPIN...  :(

Really, any news?  Louis from Mona’s & Inez texted me that they’re hoping for a June opening. Rumors are out that casinos will open 05/15.

Nothing official... I'm just reading the writing on the wall - based on Governor Sisolak.  :'(

The guy has been acting like a tyrant the past couple months, but at the very least, we now have a hard date on Phase 1 (which is tomorrow, May 9) AND he's gone on record as saying that the state reopening will be on a county level, which means it will be up to the county officials to phase reopening businesses. I could be wrong, but it seems like most of the smaller counties are at least supportive of the brothels (aside from maybe Nye County) and we can potentially see them reopen for business the same time massage parlors and hair salons reopen (possibly for appointments only. The brothel's parlor may have to wait until the bars are clear to reopen).

Based on what I've heard from Louis, Elko is at least including them on their business meetings, which tells me they're open to working with the brothels. Hopefully this means we'll see a soft reopening around June!

Happy about this.. Mr wants to go in July... probably wishful thinking.  Mrs. actually said March next year?  Mr. is happy he's just ready for some fun.

Yeah, I'm making "alternate" plans too.  I can't wait past July!  : :)

That’s what I was guessing. Tiajuana calling him.  For real, if we were going to go on a sex tour... we would head to New Zealand. We love travel and loved New Zealand and Australia.  Added bonus for New Zealand is the people are nice, the scenery is beautiful, and in NZ the law requires the brothels to list their prices (even for couples).  Tiajuana would terrify us with the cartels / crime. I think we rather test the waters in a swing club environment before going south of the borde  :)

I grew up an hour north of the San Diego / Tijuana border. Used to go at least once a year. It isn't as bad as people think. That being said, I still wouldn't want to be there after dark and I DEFINITELY wouldn't hazard the brothel scene without a seasoned monger like CB to guide me!
