The Sociopath Next Door

I read this book a long time ago called The Sociopath Next Door and it proposes the idea that 1 in 25 Americans are a sociopath. An extremely small percentage are serial killers as movies and books would have you believe. No they are just people with no empathy and can smile at you and then do the worst thing behind your back and feel nothing. So many variations of people but all have no empathy. They don't feel bad about their actions. Many are in powerful position in business and government. Anyways, it say that only 10% of the prison population is made up of sociopaths. Even hardened criminals can feel empathy if they lose a loved one or feel remorse contrary to the tough image they portray to survive. So here is the question.

Where are the other 90% of the population that are sociopaths?

I'm related to one of those other 90%. It's hard to describe in words what it's like dealing with a sociopath day after day. Inability to reason, see logic, completely self absorbed, knows what's best for everyone else. Not just a lack of empathy, but literally none. Will stab you in the back for a laugh. Interaction is impossible.

Eugenics and power through control.  Control is obtained through fear.

I have never personally been to a meeting but I understand the agenda.

I don't those meetings are out of the ordinary. The most powerful and rich already run things. I'm surprised they have them openly though.
