WTF? Spotify took me form Van Halen to Poison. That guy cannot sing for shit. Fuck this, I'm changing this. Time to try something new or old I guess.

If you are looking for something a little for aggressive with lyrics about more than just sex, drugs and rock and roll, i would suggest Iron Maiden. They aren't exactly what they seem as far as what their songs are about. Interesting to actually read their lyrics. Great guitar work and good singer.
