It sounds great. I just wonder how many who refuse to wear mask calling it a rights issue will also refuse to get the vaccine?

Me? I'll be the first one in line to get it!  ;D

Summer 2021 will be awesome with this vaccine. So happy.  My travel stocks skyrocketed today, including Disney (cruises, theme parks, movies).  :)

I was one of the polio pioneers in 1954. I'd do it again for the Corona virus...

I respect that. Doing something for those around you is a noble deed. Polio was bad and people that are older probably remember that. In some ways I can't blame younger people for not understanding things like that because no one can understand fully the things we have not seen or experienced.

I think if you really take time alone and try to imagine things that sometimes you can get a small glympse but that's it.

I have a 72 year old relative with Corona and it's rough. The are giving her Remdesivir. I think it's why I get so heated on here, because I know people that have had it. One had heart damage from it. Some make it through okay but there is one comminality. It is brutal and makes the flu look like a runny nose.

Sorry to jump around.

I’d take it and take the vacation I intended to take this year next year.

I hope you're relative is okay.  Sorry about what is going on.  I have a brother that caught it, as a nurse, in Las Vegas and it's not joke.  He ran a fever for almost a week and it was difficult for him to breathe.  He just turned 40 and is pretty healthy.  I just wish everyone took this virus serious or at least realized masks, social distancing are about others and not them.  Some people have not empathy unless a situation impacts them directly.

When I finished writing that I got a call and grandparents who are 93 and 89 have it along with another family member. So, it's been a shit day. Not much I can do, I can't go to the hospital. I wouldn't wish this on any of my enemies.

I'm not going to on about masks but if you don't want to wear one that is fine because it is your choice, just please keep your distance from others, especially the elderly.

Thanks guys and gals.

Thanks,

The older ones are holding up and another younger family member has it is helping them out. When you are 93 and were in the Navy in WWII you have been through a lot of history so you must be tough. It's crazy to think that people are still alive from WWII because it seems so far away. I notice that when you watch the color footage of that war it seems so much more real. It suddenly doesn't seem so long ago.

I looked this up.325,574 of the 16 million Americans who served in World War II are alive in 2020. Not a lot and they must be in their late 80's and 90's.
