In other words, Lyon County is offering the FZE (Friend Zone Experience).

Every escort service... Lyon and Mustang, even agencies have no sex clauses.  Read any escort's web site.  You pay for time at the Mustang or Lyon county.  What consenting adults choose to do with that time....

At the Mustang, Washoe county, the "Escort License" is an add-on based on the house having a brothel license and the girls doing the weekly test.

We will see what the Lyon County commissioners want to do.  Sounds like they would like to do as little as possible.

It would be good if the girls could work over there.
