Why the need to disparage coworkers?

I don’t get it when Ladies say nasty shit about other Ladies in the biz & even more so when they work in the same house?!?!
How low is their own self esteem to go after a coworker with comments about their weight etc?
Build yourself up, post your own sexy pics but don’t run down coworkers.
Lost all respect for the Lady who I saw just did this on IG. No call for that bullshit!

I think it's human nature. Pretty much happens everywhere, no matter what job.

The Internet allows one to speak without repurcussions but the amount of hate and trolling is going to lead to a tipping point and then an Internet with no anonymity.

I will say this. Our world is small and people will not trust someone like that and wonder why they aren't doing well.
