LPIN 2021 Awards Preliminary Voting Round
There have been comments on other boards that the awards contests could be more diversified and representative of a broader spectrum of LPIN Brothels and Courtesans. However, LPIN enthusiasts, Courtesan clients and brothel customers must first register to vote, and then cast their nominating, preliminary and final round ballots to accomplish that objective.
Registered Voters have the freedom to nominate and vote for COY, BOY & RBOY candidates they choose. These candidates may be their favorites and probably the ones they predominately visit. The contest can't be equitably broken into specific areas beyond BOY & RBOY classifications, since there's not an uncomplicated and fair method to accomplish it. The awards committee presents Crystal Art Triad Flame Awards for COY, BOY & RBOY contest Winners, but awards can't be impartially allocated for areas where clients don't often visit nor cast sufficient ballots. COY Finalists and Winners are not broken into urban or rural categories, since there is only one COY elected each year to represent LPIN. However, registered voters may vote for these remote rural area Courtesans and brothels if these specific Courtesans and brothels attract their business through possibly innovative marketing strategies.
Furthermore, it may be a problem when only 50 LPIN 2021 Awards Preliminary Voting Round ballots are cast for 46% voter participation. This is the lowest Preliminary Round voter participation on record. Conversely, the highest voter participation recorded was 87% in the 2010 Preliminary Round. The 15-year Preliminary Round voter participation average is 63%, so this contest was 19 to 20 votes short of average. Unfortunately, records don't exist past 15 years, so this may be the all-time low voter participation record. The practical solution is for every registered voter to consistently cast their ballots each contest year for their selected Courtesans and brothels.
Only 18 of the 25 COY candidates received Preliminary Round votes. However, the eventual 5 COY Finalists received a massive 30 of the 50 total votes which is 60%, so they honorably earned and won COY Finalist spots.
The registered voters who cast their ballots have spoken! The top 5 COY candidates positively earned and won their COY Finalist positions and definitely deserve to be LPIN 2021 Awards Finalists!
