How would you get a letter? From what I have seen it is an anonymous process.

I guess I’d give them some blood for testing.
This would be no different as far as the man knew than if the condom failed.
There are always risks even when being as safe as possible. You just hope the risk isn’t a crazy sex provider, at least not crazy in that way!

This happened (not in lpin) where a woman gave a blowjob and then spit it out and shoved it inside her. She got pregnant, had a child, and sued for child support and won. Crazy.
