Art is most known for highlighting late night radio with his nation wide "Coast to Coast AM" program featuring discussions on the likes of paranormal, UFOs and conspiracies. It was fitting he lived so close to Area 51.
Art also lived right on the way to the Chicken Ranch and Sheris. You would have driven right past his home and never known it. Now, if you are a ham, his house stuck out like a sore thumb. He had a nice ham shack. He also showed me his "unused" 3 KW transmitter.
