Thoughts On Why You Should Vote

I am committed to helping make the awards successful because it is all we have. Think about that. The world sees us so low on the pole. Porn is hip but prostitution is the devil. WTF? The award shows us that someone cares enough to recognize us as actual people. You know, for some girls it is very alienating. Families and friends turn on them. Girls say they don't care but in their hearts they do. The awards show that they do mean something to people.

COY isn't the only award. Brothel of the Year recognizes many girls at once. Rural Brothel of the Year recognizes the awesome girls working their asses off way out there. It shows they aren't forgotten. The awards are important for us is what I am trying to say, and the voters are doing something other people don't. Showing that they want to be part of something that makes us feel good about what we do.

If you are registered and have not voted. Please do so now. Pick your favorite girl and help her win. It is a very special thing. People have called the award a relic on a shelf and other things. It's not! That award is something that benefits us all!

So please take a few minutes out of your day and get your vote in.

Rachel is so right! Some ladies may say it is a meaningless award but for me, even being nominated is such an affirmation that the hard work I have put in to make a positive impact on people in the LPIN community has paid off in such a short amount of time. It would absolutely mean the world for me if I won because being a courtesan, and a well respected one at that, has always been a dream for me. Even if a more deserving lady takes home the award, this is still a huge point of pride for me.
So please, make sure you get your vote in as it means something special to the ladies and brothels that are nominated.

In any walk of life, we like to know that our work doesn't go unnoticed or that it's appreciated. From the first time I stepped into a brothel at age 17, I've had a great affection for what you ladies do for me. It hurts when I hear SW put into a negative light, or given negative stereotypes. Personally, I put it in the Sex Therapy and healing categories and all the positives that come with those  :)

However you vote is your business, but guys please vote!

It's a bit like the last presidential election, but the opposite.  There's so many GOOD choices it's hard to pull the lever for just one!

Actually, I prefer a light turnout in most elections - it makes my vote count even more.  Does THAT piss you off?  C'mon already... just click the button and vote!  ;D

(yes there are quite a few of us who are genuinely appreciative)

Rachel gives a convincing argument.?? I don't have enough of a connection to any of the finalist this year to necessarily justify in my mind voting for them. I crossed paths with Victoria for all of like 45 seconds a few years ago. Not enough time to form an opinion even though on reputation I am sure she is worthy. The other 4 I know absolutely nothing about the other 4. I was leaning towards  not voting last year either until a chance 5 or 10 minute conversation in the bar about 3 months before the preliminary voting round was enough to change my mind, and I decided to vote for her.

But Rachel makes a compelling argument.

I will consider for the next few days casting a vote for one of the laidies.
I will not vote for any of the Ranches period. Most of them I have not set foot in for years, and as long As long as ranches like Mustang  continue to treat potential clients that arrive at the ranch any other way then driving themselves out to the ranch as a Kelly Fair rather it be Uber, lyft, house limo,  private limo, or just plain old generic Taxi cab as a Kelly Fair. ????None of the ranches are worthy of brothel of the year.????

You all are free to disagree with me on that.

But as long as that lame ass policy stays in place I won't ever consider casting a vote for any of the Ranches. Fortunately for them they don't need my one vote.? They also won't discontinue certain practices even if they are stupid. ? Just because I say they should.

But if I ever become supreme ruler of the known universe that dumb ass Kelly Fair system brothels like Mustang have in place now are gone! Any brothel caught using that dumb ass system will get their license pulled, and tore up by me!???
