Why are they making the line-up more and more difficult?

It use to be so easy, they line up and you point and say her name. Apparently that is no longer good enough in the cul-de-sac. My last visit ( a few days ago) I was told I had to physically go up to her and touch her. A complete stand still until I jumped through the final hoop and grabbed her, as if the pointing and calling her name left confusion to whom I was picking.

It is stuff like this that turns off guys and makes them want to turn around and walk out the door. House rules that have gone too far, not bitter Bob, just pointing out how they continue to do things that make clients feel uncomfortable and uneasy about the experience.

I actually prefer this. It’s easy to say the wrong name, or point in the general direction and the wrong girl makes a beeline for ya. Eliminate confusion by walking three feet and extending your hand. :)

It seems every time I’ve witnessed a lineup the hostess had said to the client “walk up and take her hand”, admittedly I haven’t seen very many. So this isn’t a surprise to me.
I remember last year when Sled, Aubryhuff and I were in the KitKat together the hostesss said to do that. Then again the Ladies were only 3 feet away so you just reached out and had her! Lol

I don't see what's so difficult about taking a lady's hand in a lineup.  I never really thought about it until now, but I guess I've always done it.  It always goes quite natural into a soft handshake greeting as I introduce myself.  Of course, I'm not afraid of lineups either.  As a matter of fact, I prefer them.

I also always stand up when a lady comes over to greet me.  To me, it's just polite manners.  : :)

I have never called a line up and don't go to line up houses.

Guess I'll avoid lineup houses then. No lady is gonna want my sweaty hand grabbing hers.

Just wear gloves shy kyle. Maybe some golf ones if you are sporty, studded leather ones if a bit kinky and the big thick neoprene ones from isolation cabinets for safe touching  :)
I guess if invited to touch the lady a handshake is the way to go rather than a prod

Or I could get some colorful mittens. That would at least be an interesting conversation starter.

For sure, it would help break the ice and thereby help you to relax

Not to Nit pick well yes I am going to be a butt head and point out they do lineups at E 28 buddy, they just ain't required that you get one unless you ask for it.

You should have said you don't go to lineup only houses or ones where a lineup is basically mandatory.??

Ironman you are getting into the weeds on this one. I think you know by now a few of us that post on these forums lack a PHD in English. Saying that though if there was a PHD for the redneck language we might be teaching the class.
What's English??
