Interesting title on an article in a health newsletter. (Editor is a MD.)

It states ED is becoming a problem wlth even younger folks - 16% of men are under 40 years old.

Sources of the cause include psychological, intrapersonal, physical ( age, cardio, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, surgery, medications, etc.).

Treatment focuses on blood flow, ozone (both systemic and direct injection), diet, nitric oxide supplements such as l-arginine and l-citrulline, etc. Also, avoid anti-bacterial mouthwashes due to the negative side effects.

Viagra, Cialis or Levitra don't work well for me, so I use Prostaglandin injections. However, it's recommended that men limit use to no more than three injections per week to avoid scar tissue build up. I use a 30 gauge .5" needle insulin syringe and believe it or not, it's not exceptionally painful. It's administered in the shaft about 2" from the abdomen where the sensitivity is much less.

I have no idea about Penis pumps or how they work. So once you are pumped up do you remove the pump and have regular sexual activities?

Yes... so you lube up, pump to desired hardness, apply cock ring to maintain erection, remove pump and have some sexy fun!

A lot of guys with ED are embarrassed about coming in to see us but even if you experience that you can have a good time. Plus the stimulation of a hot woman can help it along. I have had clients with this and I never thought twice about it. I find ways to take care of them.

I guess that I'm lucky that I haven't developed any ED issues. As long as I'm well rested when I visit the brothels, Junior doesn't have any problems standing at attention when given the orders ...LOL. Although if I'm too tired like after a long flight and drive, Junior may decide to take a nap part way through the party, but a nice HJ usually wakes him up again.
