Re: Question for ladies and gents in a post-Hof world
All I could do was dress up in Santa outfit and become Fumble Claus, and try to bring some happiness to those that were still having lingering hurt when I was there in Nov/Dec Other than some lingering uncertainty, the cul de sac was business as usual.
It’s 2,000 miles to Nevada, we’ve got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it’s dark and we’re wearing sunglasses.

Scout's honor, this post is not intended to cause drama. Ladies, I know you're not in a position to say anything bad.
I am just curious if any significant changes are identifiable now that Dennis is gone. Is it quieter, in terms of publicity? Does Suzette have any major areas where she differs, or is she keeping it the same as possible? Guys, is Dennis's absence felt when you go to BR? For a new courtesan, what is the biggest difference between then and now?

I'll start.
It appears Suzette is concentrating on the northern houses.
Their forum web site no longer includes ACH or LRV.
- The ACH is supposedly sold. If sold on contract, it could come back. However, the buyer appears more interested in the rest of the property, so they may just close the ACH if it comes to that.
- There has been no effort to re-license the LRV, given new owners (assume the estate says to the daughters), and new county commissioners.
Anyone with more recent info?

Dennis had been alienated from his daughters for decades. Unless he specifically left them something in his will, they don't get anything.MrTShirt link wrote: - There has been no effort to re-license the LRV, given new owners (assume the estate says to the daughters), and new county commissioners.
Regarding the LRV, Dennis was the name on the license, but he probably owned it through a corporation, so who knows what is going to happen with that.
Even with a will, which Dennis had, large estates take a long time to get sorted out. In this case there were lots of complicated business and properties involved, so it may take a while.

I was at Mound House for 3 nights over the holidays - business as usual from what I could tell.
I didn't notice any change in vibe in the cul-de-sac... Bunny Ranch was about the same also.

It's more about the journey than the destination!
