Yrs. ago there was a TV show called " Darma and Greg "  Darma's dad was a old hippi and sort of off a little.  He said the government was watching him thru the TV and listening to him thru the smoke detectors.

Remember J Edgar Hoover spied on all the Senators / Congressmen / Judges etc. as leverage to get his way.

Hoover forced Justice Warren to whitewash the Kennedy death investigation.  Hoover must have had some goods on Warren.
