I Bet You Can't Buy Just One
I got the very last 9mm. It will do for now. The Glock. 40 was just to hard to pull the slide back. Yes I know it's better...but like I said this will do for now.

I read the American Rifleman review of the Springfield Armory XD-E single stack 9mm pistol. It appears to be a very good handgun; I like the single stack grip and exposed hammer too.

Springfield Armory's advertisement is impressive.

Personal Defense World, Gun Digest and Shooting Illustrated like it too.

Springfield Armory manufactures excellent guns and the M1A is still the choice of many competition rifle shooters. Springfield Armory turns out a great 1911 style semi-auto too. 9mm is the choice of NATO, US Military and many law enforcement agencies have adopted the cartridge. 9mm is a better choice for self defense than 380 and more ammunition options are available. The 124 grain round is more effective than the standard 115 grain bullet, but Hornady manufactures a 115 GR Critical Defense round that should be adequate. My daughter has Black Hills 124 gr JHP+P ammo for her Glock M26. Hornady 9mm XTP is an excellent round too.

That is a great gun.. Much better than a .40 cal since it has less recoil and muzzle flip.
With the right hollowpoints it should perform just as well as a .40 S&W, or at very least the difference should be very minor.
A few years ago took a non-lpin lady to the shooting range. She had a Sig .40 cal that she told me malfunctioned sometimes. It would sometimes eject a round and close the slide without chambering a new round when there was still ammo in the magazine. This never happened to me when I fired her gun, She never experienced malfunction problems when she fired my 9mm Glock 19. It turned out that she was not gripping her gun tightly enough, And since she was not holding it firmly enough, sometimes the slide did not come back far enough during recoil to strip another round from the magazine.

Eddie you are familiar with my area. That was last 9mm and the Glock. The only ammunition was about 20 boxes of this. There have been no craziness like elsewhere. Probably because everyone already owns a gun. Lol.
