A good time to grill some food. I have a Traeger and if you can't cook with that then you are hopeless.

I've had to grind meat for sausage by hand every year and that is hard work.

My dad had a hand cranked meat grinder. He used it to make deer sausage every year. I was never pressed into cranking duty. Dad & my uncle did all the cranking. It was the best sausage ever!  :P

After 3 tries  and wasted 3 lbs. of meat we finally got it down right.  I bought a electric grinder from Cabela's . It was a "must " here since we put up our own meat.

Also got a tenderiser too.

It makes a huge difference.  You don't waste any meat at all.
