Does anyone use a Skype phone?
I have one someone gave to my several years ago. I haven't used it in years, nor do I hear anyone talking about them.
What is the latest on them?

You can “FaceTime” on IPhone which I’ve done occasionally

I heard of Skype phones, but I don't know of anyone who owns one. Since VoIP is replacing most landlines these days, connecting to Skype with a Skype phone is one alternative to using the Skype app on your computer or smartphone to make calls.
I have VoIP service via Comcast at home, but I have a VoIP modem so I can plug in almost any landline to make/receive voice calls.
