Am a firm believer in the benefits of essential oils.
Rubbing a few drops of fennel oil on the stomach reduces a lot of pain and bloating (super sexy topic on this forum).
Lavender - great for relaxing.
Citrus - well this just always smells so clean to me and instantly lifts my mood.
Have heard great things about the benefits of Frankincense oil - haven't bit the bullet on the purchase yet.
What essential oils do you like to use?

When it comes to essential oil, some people might call me old school but I'm all about 10W-30. It's my go to for most of the ladies in my life. ;D

Sure it can smell. Smell like body odor. Lol
