How I read the article is that this is the plan for the mustang to be able to open in phase 2.  I just think they want to get a jump start on operations anticipating more activities will be able to open up later this summer.

My read on the article is the same as yours, this was his attempt to open under phase 2, although I don’t believe his 50% no contact figure.  I will honestly be surprised if adult businesses are allowed to open before phase 4.

Under those restrictions you might as well just stay home because everything proposed in that article you can do anywhere in this country at least when things are open

The one thing you can't do anywhere, but select counties in Nevada is legally pay for sex if that option is off the table then there is absolutely nothing to set the brothel above a strip club or hiring an escort to have dinner with you, and after you finish eating and  part ways no sex.  If all you want to do is have the girl dance naked for you well you can get the same thing off the Internet you just go cam to cam.

So yes some will be willing to just come in and spend time.  But I would bet probably 95 percent of them live probably within 60 miles or less from in this case we will say Reno since this is the Mustang's proposal.

I remember space mountain? I don't think the other stuff you mentioned was available last time I went to Disney Land around June of 1990 high school Senior grad night there was a small incident my friend had regarding the space mountain ride between park security, and my friend.  The same friend I would later take my first trip to Vegas with in 2008 Where we eventually wound at Chicken Ranch.

Unfortunately less then a year later in early 2009 my friend passed away suddenly still in his early 30's?  I won't bother telling the whole story about what happened in 1990 at Disney land  other then to say we were going on the space mountain ride.  I had to save him from an interrogation from park security.  He was as white as a bed sheet and sweating when I walked up, and said where did you go? He made sure to hang out with me the rest of the night till it was time to go back to the bus and the almost 8 hour ride home.  At that point my feet were killing me those damn shoes I was wearing sucked! They looked like they would have been comfortable they weren't.  I have really only wore a tie a hand handful of times in my life the first was that grad night party at Disney Land we were required to dress up hence why I had shoes on that hurt my feet. 

As for the tie well I still have it but the last time I wore it was in early 2009 at my buddies funeral.? I'm sure my buddy was watching from above in the after life not only laughing that I was wearing a tie
at his funeral because he knew I hate those things. I don't even know how to tie a tie, but that it was the same tie from highschool grad night.  It is the only tie I own, wore it maybe 6 times in my life. Yes if for no other reason in that you don't need to lay out travel expenses, and the girl would not need to give half of whatever you agree to with the brothel.
