Hi everyone,
The first house I ever worked at was Donna's in Battle Mountain. (No longer there)
What was the first house you went too? Was it the house or a certain lady? I'm curious.
Kisses,
Dyana Dyamonds.

Our first trip was to Elko.  Why Elko, because many people recommended it because of limited negotiations for new people with the “monger rates”. Originally we were going to go Vegas and one of the brothels down south.

The first Elko brothel we went to was dovetail ranch.  Honestly, the reason was that they were open 24/7.  We wake up early in Florida so, it’s so hard to stay up late and sleep in so late with the 3 hour time change.  We were ready to go at 10:30 which felt like 1:30 to us.  Mona’s and Inez open around noon and desert rose not until 4pm (which felt later for us... hungry for dinner by then).  We’re usually in bed by 9 in Florida and wakeup at 5:30.

It was a perfect outcome because nobody was at dovetail and they like to hang out and socialize    :)

The Chicken Ranch!  8)  I was going to attend a conference for work in Las Vegas back in the Fall 2000, so I was surfing the web for things to do, since that was also my first trip to Vegas!  I stumbled upon Blake Willfong's site which had loads of information about the CR and the legal brothels, as well as driving directions on how to get to them.  After browsing through his site, it peaked my curiosity so it was one of the things that I had to check out during my trip. ;D

I vaguely recall hearing about brothels in Nevada on one of the TV news magazine shows a few years earlier, but never thought that I would ever visit one ...LOL  Although after reading and learning that they are safe and legal, as well as being an hour drive from Vegas, curiosity got the best of me and the rest is history!

My cousin was in my home town and I still had on a back brace from back fusion surgery and she asked me to go to Reno for a week.  Her son told me that a new house just opened and wanted to know if i wanted to go visit. It was the Wild Horse so the rest is history.......

That is the first brothel in Nevada .

In the 60's I visited the Texas Chicken Ranch a lot.
If you don't like the way I'm livin then leave this long haired country boy alone.

I got my start in LPIN because of Sunset Thomas back in 1998.  I met her at a benefit performance for free Speech *(read adult entertainment) in Dallas.  At the time I did not know who she was.  I was a bit out of date with my porn knowledge.

I found her to be incredibly gorgeous, but also warm and personable. I watched her entertain a wheelchair bound guy by doing headstands in his lap and wrapping her legs around his head. This struck me as sweet. The fact that I met her made all the difference.

She mentioned that she'd be at a legal brothel in Nevada.  I had heard of legal brothels in Nevada but did not know anything about them.  I always thought I would give them a try one day.  At first I wasn't sure that she would actually be  be doing anything other than lap dances at the brothel.  I later heard confirmation that she would indeed be available to have sex with customers, so I decided to plan a trip. This was my first foray into LPIN.  I had no idea how much it would cost.  So I set my limit and decided to do it as a one time bucket list type thing.  And that was the start.

Niceguy Eddie, that is a good story about your first time. It made me think of the last time I saw Sunset which was just after a party at the CR around 2016 or so when she had briefly left the BR and gone to the CR before going out of the biz.

Speaking of the first time to a Nevada Brothel, mine was to the Chicken Ranch ten years ago.
I had communicated with three or four of the ladies online at the CR and Sheris. My flights were non-stop to Vegas so the southern route was my thing back then. I first met Dahlia after visiting online and I was amazed at how easy the entire process was.

A fellow firefighter and I drove to the Reno Air Races in 1995 as I recall, and visited Marvin Gates' Sagebrush Ranch as our first brothel experience.  We were fortunate to meet Marvin upon entering the Sagebrush.  We found that Marvin was very friendly and a real gentleman.

Then we went to the old Mustang Ranch at exit 23.  We didn't party on this visit but patronized the bar instead and chatted with the Courtesans.

I've been drawn to LPIN ever since that eye-opening indoctrination.

Chicken Ranch... September 25, 2001. Partied with Andrea.  ;D  I was on my way to a GPAA prospecting dig in the California Mother Lode country. A co-worker told me about going to the CR earlier that summer. So, since Pahrump was on the way to my destination, I figured I'd take a side trip & see what LPIN was all about.

Early September 1993 I was on my way to L.A. for a Nebraska vs. UCLA football game. While walking back to the motel just off the strip, I was handed a small handbook listing escorts and a couple of brothels. After thumbing through the book and getting horny, I decided to give it a shot. At 11 pm I headed out not really knowing where I was going, I headed in the general direction showing in the book. As I crossed over the hills I saw many rotating red lights in the valley. I picked out one which turned out to be the Cherry Patch Two.

Being buzzed in at 12:30 and not having a clue, I got a three girl lineup and chose the women who looked the most awake. Went to her room, paid $150.00. No time discussed, no activities. After what turned out to be about an hour I finished my business and headed back to town. Now I have a clue.

Mustang Ranch (E23) in 1985 - I heard they had horseback riding.

The Real original Mustang Ranch. No, not the Wildhorse that was renamed The Mustang Ranch. No, not the Mustang Ranch that was air lifted and now serves as a bed and brothel hotel. No, not the Hof version. The one they refused to let hof drag over to HWY 50 and ended up being used for fire training. We're talking about the real one.  The silver colored aluminum trailers which you reached by following the white painted boulders with the red arrows down and across the railroad tracks and across the old wooden bridge  that you could hear creaking under the weight of a car. The same location as the Old Bridge Ranch. Why the Mustang?  I saw Conforte doing a tv show and decided that would be my senior trip just as soon as I was out of high school. Whattt? Conforte doing TV long before hof? Yup! Impressions of The Mustang?  I thought it was a dump but it was my dump!  Lineups so large, they had to do it in a horse shoe shape because of the size of the parlor.  Just 18 years old and saddling up to the bar and drinking and having a blast.  Of course, it probably did help looking like someone's uncle at 18 with slightly receding hair.  Nervous but excited at the same time.

I can see I don't go back as far as most of you guys although I'm probably older than most. My first visit to a brothel was in March of 2018 after scanning through Inez's and Mona's websites for about a year and getting up the nerve to drive over from Utah. I picked Bella Bella out of a lineup after they gave another guy first choice, and he picked another girl. I was holding my breath because I couldn't believe my good luck and how beautiful she was and still is. I do recognize the booty pic on the other post as being her getting out of the infamous booty shorts that still drive me wild. I wish this COVID thing was over with.

Great post, Sidey. I like to hear the stories about these old days. I presume those silver covered trailers were not Airstreams or were they? About what did it cost on average back then, $25? Just a guess. Was it stated prices or negotiation? Did the girl split 50-50 with Conforte the same as they do with the brothels now? In your mind was Conforte similar to, worse than or better than Hof with respect to how he treated the ladies that worked there?

I believe it was called the Pussycat in Winnemucca. I was stationed at Mountain Home AFB in 1975 and drove south to check out the brothels in Nevada. I ended up having a two lady party and back then 1975 BC (before condoms) it was quite interesting. Not sure if that was a good idea but that's how it was back then.

That was 1971.  My first party, I paid $15 for 20 minutes half and half.  Later in talking to some fellers at the bar, they said I paid too much as most parties with  that time and activities went for $10.  What I remember most is there wasn't this constant negotiating going on or women starting out at ten times what they charge just to see if they couldn't catch a whale or naive customer.  In hind sight, it's not all the women's fault. I'm sure many men play the same game and low ball just to see how cheap they can get the party for.
hof and conforte?  In many ways they were the same but in other ways, they were as different as day and night.
I'll just leave it as that.

However, I will say this. Joe was the architect when it comes to how brothels are run even to this day. Hof was just a copycat. Everything hof was doing had already been done several years earlier by other brothel owners.

Oh yes, The Pussycat. Original home of the strip nights where working girls would do a strip show. Later, if was not just strip shows but lap dances as well.  If the woman was hot, she seldom finished her dance before some feller would approach the stage and off they would go to her room.  Also the brothel where scantly dresses women would sit in the windows.
