Sleep is a vital part to ones health. In addition to rejuvenating the body it is important for weight loss and many other things.


How much do you sleep? Is it continuous or broken up? Do you feel you get enough sleep?


If I’m lucky I sleep 3-4 straight hrs a night then another 1-2 in short increments. I think if I could get 5-6 straight hrs I would feel rested as it is I’m always tired midday and sometimes have to take a nap just to be able to think.

When I go to bed, I sleep till I feel like getting up.  Sometimes that is 3 pm.
However, when I go to sleep earlier in the evening, it seems my time in bed is shorter.

I would be really happy with 4 hrs. of sleep.

I've always slept through the night. I generally go to bed between 11:30 and Midnight, and wake up between 7 and 8 AM, with with an occasional interruption for a head call in the middle of the night. I find if on occasion I'm having trouble going to sleep, an orgasm or a couple puffs on a joint will relax me nicely. Once I'm asleep the world could end and I'd miss it.

When I was unemployed a few years back I found I naturally started to adjust to a much longer day. I'd stay up for 22+ hours and then sleep for 12. Not sure if I'd recommend doing things that way, but I had a lot less trouble sleeping then than I do now.

Yeah my sleep patterns get a little funky at times. I still do 16 hour days at work where sometimes I only get maybe 4 or 5 hours of sleep the night before. I do try and draw the line at back to back double shifts I don't have the stomach for that anymore. The midnight shift was the worst though, especially if there was stuff you wanted to do in the day time because now you have to reaclimate back to a normal sleep cycle for the days you're off. Glad I got off that shift and haven't been back for years even for overtime. Though I will say if it's slow enough you may see me in a "standby mode" in a chair some place. I've been amazed at some of the places and times I've caught myself dozing off in  8) .

Believe it or not I have that problem too. Last time I spent the night with someone after sex she just kept complaining about me not going to sleep and keeping her awake. I guess that'll teach her to bring her A game the next time she wants to do that ;D .

I found some meditation videos on youtube that help me sleep.  They are hypnosis really.  There are various lengths.  I like one about an hour long.  I start it when I go to bed.  If I wake up at 2 or 3am I'll start it again.

I've come pretty close to that, rode a Sybian (after a gang bang), when I slumped off it I couldn't form words and slipped into a deep sleep. Usually, I'm always ready for more, this time though I was done lol.

My problem with sleep is, no matter what time I get to sleep, I wake up by 7am.

I generally get 7-8 hours of sleep...BUT about once or twice a month I get a horrible case of insomnia. NOT a Good thing at all. I would be thrilled if hard vigorous would put me to sleep but since I draw recharged energy for Great sex it has the exact oppisite effect. Not only can I not sleep then I react like the Energizer Bunny, wound for sound and cannot sit still. Like Kitti I have a nightly ritual of tea and quiet, Which generally works but thosefew times it doesn't it can be really really frustrating. But then I find sleep and everything is good with the world.
