I plan on making the pilgrimage. United has some great deals on multi-city flights so I'll probably combine the awards with another stop. 
It's more about the journey than the destination!

I am planning to attend the banquet and the picnic this year. I will fly into Reno on July 13th and back out on July 19th. Time to party!!

My travel plans are set. Attended picnic last year but banquet cancelled due to COVID. Picnic and banquet plus ranch visits on agenda.

July 16 for the banquet and July 17 for the picnic. The Mustang pool party is usually on the Thursday before (15th).Phoenix link wrote: Does anyone know the date of the banquet and picnic this year?

Little Richard, MrTShirt and I are currently working on preparations for the Friday July 16, 2021 awards banquet.
The committee is communicating with the proposed venue to determine the cost, and if there will still be capacity limitations due to virus precautions.
There were only 20 people at the July 18, 2020 Picnic awards presentations, but there were 76 attendees at the July 19, 2019 banquet.
It's hopeful that the Silver Anniversary Banquet will exceed 76 attendees.
The plan is to start offering banquet reservations by April 1st if the venue can confirm the availability of their banquet hall without restrictions.
