Constitutional carry
Starting Sept. 1 constitutional carry is legal in Texas.......Finally !!

So everyone will have a gun strapped on their hip? The only problem I really see with it is some of those who think it's their constitutional right to have it on their hip where ever they go---They don't have a right to carry it anywhere.
