Oh not this shit again. Revise history to suit their view that Americans were evil and blah blah blah.

From the outside, the rest of the world is like, "get over yourselves" because people here live in a bubble where the Universe turns around them. Narciccissm and egotism runs rampant right now. The truth is that no one gives a shit. People just want to go to work, come home and live.

Most people don't have time to get on Twitter or write articles saying "Look at me! I'm so smart. I got my blue light virtue signal burning bright so you know how pure I am. I'm such a good and understanding person but since you don't think like me you are scum."

I don't know, maybe it's a generation thing but history means a great deal to me. I wasn't the least bit interested in my younger years but now I find myself glued to history and what made America what we are now.

Some people want to alter and even erase parts of history to suit themselves: tearing down statues, adding racially directed holidays, begging for reparation on deeds committed way before they were even born.

It can't be both ways! You can't have a conversation about slavery without including the Confederacy and Robert E. Lee. @@

Something just occured to me. Ask anyone from America where they are from when they are not here and they say America, unless they are from Texas. They will say Texas. Why? Because Texans are proud. I know, I lived outside of America and I live in Texas.

To many people Texas is the one thing that refuses to fall inline. Talk about gun control and Texas just lets everyone carry. Talk about wearing masks and Texas says you don't have to. Texas refuses to fall in line. For better or for worse she does what she wants.

So what do they do? Try to turn it blue. Try to make it seem like redneck heaven. Re-write its history to take away it's pride.

Articles like this aren't even good enough to wipe my ass with. I know Texans, they don't care about that, they will soldier on no matter what. I live in Texas. I love Texas. I thought about moving but why?

Everyone is nice. You can move out of the city and shoot all you want. You can smell bbq all summer. Texas isn't going anywhere and Texas doesn't give a shit what anyone thinks about it.

There is a bumper sticker I see sometimes that says, "I wasn't born here, but I got here as fast as I could."

I guess I should get one too.

Look at the "Big Picture" of all that's going on to separate our people, the list is too long, then look at the year Khrushchev made that speech about walking in and taking over the USA without a shot, which is ironically the same year as the Wuhan Inst. of Virology erected.

Rachel hot the nail on the head. Reading various reports, you don't see people moving to CA or NY but to free states like TX and FL. Both states, and a few others, cut through the BS and said this is the America and we will live by the constitution and common sense.

People moving to such states as Texas has more to do with a lower cost of living then anything else. It's what's happening more and more as many of the jobs left no longer pay the rent in places like CA. The problem is, the same thing eventually happens in the state they move to. Prices rise with wages that do not keep up with prices.
