If they are new then cut them a break. You don't have to party with them but tell them why on something like #3 because someone told them that.
There is a minimum but it's not a good tactic to get a high paying party. The reason for the minimum though is because if you didn't then you would have some girls offering $25 blow jobs which hurts the other girls when guys expect that. There is a fair minimum but it's not that low.
When in talks with a Lady in person or Via email etc what are things she may say that are red flags?
Also to the Ladies what are client red flags?

Unwilling to communicate via electronic means prior to the party. I know there's a lot of time wasters out there but if it's a guy who the Lady can verify is a legit client like myself then it's ridiculous
Unwilling to spend 20 minutes talking in the parlor prior to the party. I need a little connection to get my motor running if she's not willing to do that then I'm not interested

You'd hate Amsterdam then. There is no prior "communication" other than her showing her fine body to you through a window and you standing outside deciding if you are attracted enough to go and have sex with her. It is a very basic and simple concept.
What you need is fine but at the same time, it is just sex and for 100 euros ($130) you can bypass all the small talk. I know running my hands over hot Russian and Ukranian women's ass' had my "motor running" night after night in the world's most famous Red Light District. BTW- all 8 ladies I partied with spoke English just fine, they all understood my instructions. ?

When a lady is a chronic brothel hopper. There are providers who present well on a line-up and get picked for just that... then they give lackluster parties. Word gets out. When too many patrons find out - she goes to another brothel in another area and starts the cycle again. Some even end up having to change their name & look so they can shake the reputation that would otherwise follow them.

That Sux! That's quite a downer for someone looking to party.
It doesn't happen too often, but when you're sitting at the bar and a lady comes over to introduce herself and immediately wants you to take a tour with her before you can say another word. I also like to take at least a few minutes to judge, if we both "click" before taking a tour with any lady. So, I guess the Amsterdam model may not be my cup of tea either ...LOL
A lady who has a laundry list of rules.
A lady who has consumed too many alcoholic beverages and is visibly drunk.
For me its a lady coming in with a price that's twice what I'm willing to pay, and then quickly negotiating down to my budget. I don't care what any lady prices herself at, that's up to her, and I support her right to charge whatever she is comfortable with. But trying to shake me down like that tells me that she doesn't respect me, and I can't imagine having a good party with someone who doesn't respect me.
