I suggest you pick time/days make the announcement. Stay consistent and the guys who can make it will. It will take a little time to catch on but if you are consistent it will.

Sundays are usually the day the masses have the time to do these types of things. That's why solicitors or those that look for volunteers usually call on a Sunday night
