The time reserved there is for county commissioner reports. There have been several meetings and more are planned for info on the issues. Because regardless of your  personal feelings , you are on that commission to do what is  best for our county and  the  people  who live there. Guess what,most the  people who work at the  brothels, work, live, shop and vote just like all the  other citizen of Lyon county. I listened to this program interview of Commissioner Ken Gray.  Here are several takeaways.  He said he started out philosophically opposed to the brothels but he did visit and listen to their side.  He said there many hard working people and not just the ladies.  He reiterated that he would vote in line with the popular vote.  He does NOT believe that it will pass.  The initiative is poorly written according to him.  It is curious that only Nye and Lyon counties are dealing with this issue, he said.  The only thing he can come up with is the political campaign of Dennis Hof.  He stated that if this is a religiously motivated campaign then it is being done in a wrong way.  The churches should do an outreach to these "girls" and not deprive them of their livelihood which would alienate them.  He ended up urging people to vote.
